The Virginia Center for Housing Research at Virginia Tech and czb, LLC, a neighborhood planning firm, recently completed a housing study for the City of Virginia Beach. The "Housing Needs Assessment, Market Analysis, and Re-Investment Study" provides information on the city's household demographics, housing stock, homeownership and rental rates.
